WHAT YOU WILL NEED
· 1 Cup Rock Salt, Epsom Salt or Dead Sea Salt
· 1 Cup Non-Aluminum Baking Soda
· 3 Tablespoons Organic Ground Ginger
· 1 Tablespoon Organic Cayenne Powder
· Dechlorinated water (I fill my bathtub with my Waterwise Shower Filter)
I drink at least 8 oz. of water before bathing and 12 oz. during the bath. I soak in the Detox Bath for 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes I either scrub the entire body with a bristle brush, loofa, or face cloth...or lately since I had a frozen shoulder, I have been massaging my shoulder & stretching it. All throughout the bath I take deep breaths.
At the end I follow the Detox Bath with a warm soapy shower to clean the pores, scrubbing the skin well (with natural soap of course). Finally I rinse with cool water.
