Apple    1 whole apple - Add more to your taste (or less).

Lemon   1 whole lemon - Add more to your taste (or less).

Ginger   – Spicy - 1” piece or more.

Spinach – a lot…1/2- 1 bag (#1 juice to have a bowel

                 movement per Dr. Norman Walker)

Kale       – ½ bunch

Parsley  – ½ bunch (whole bunch if cleansing kidneys)

Cucumber    – a lot!  This is what makes the most juice. Also can use zucchini.

            This drink is ALKALIZING and CLEANSING!!!

Fast & Easy Hydrating Drinks

OK to have while on our cleansing program! :-)

Cucumbers-high alkaline; Cranberries-great for kidney/bladder; Lemon-

Cucumber Lemonade:
*Fresh squeezed Cucumber juice
*Fresh squeezed Lemon juice
*Whole Leaf Stevia drops to sweeten (when not on cleanse, you can use Raw honey or another natural sweetener if you prefer)
*Sliced Cucumbers-garnish/to float in your drink
*Ice cubes

Basically make lemonade & add cucumber juice so that 1/3-1/2 of the glass (or pitcher) is cucumber juice. So refreshing!

Hibicus Iced Tea sweeetened with Apple Juice:
*Fresh brewed Hibiscus Tea
*Fresh squeezed Apple Juice  (When not on cleanse, you can sweeten with Whole Leaf Stevia drops, Raw honey, or Raw Agave as well)
*Ice cubes

CranApple Juice:
*Fresh squeezed Cranberry juice or can buy pure cranberry juice..nothing else added. The label should read... Ingredients: Cranberries (that's it!)
*Fresh squeezed Apple Juice or can buy pure apple juice...nothing else added. The label should read... Ingredients: Apples

Cranberry Lemonade:
*Fresh squeezed Cranberry juice or can buy pure cranberry juice..nothing else added. The label should read... Ingredients: Cranberries (that's it!)
*Fresh squeezed Lemon juice
*Sweeten with Fresh Squeezed Apple Juice or Whole Leaf Stevia drops to taste. (When not on cleanse, you can sweeten with Raw honey or another natural sweetener as well)

Lemonade sweetened with Apple Juice:
*Water
*Fresh squeezed Lemon juice
*Sweeten with Fresh Squeezed Apple Juice or Whole Leaf Stevia drops to taste. (When not on cleanse, you can sweeten with Raw honey or another natural sweetener as well)

Hot Herbal Teas:
*Camomile, Peppermint, Ginger, Hibiscus, etc... Unsweetened or sweetened with Whole Leaf Stevia drops. (When not on cleanse, you can use Raw Honey or another natural sweetener as well.)
(This does not include Green Tea, Black Tea, or Red Tea)

Lemon Water:
*Water
*Fresh squeezed Lemon juice

Cranberry Water:
*Water
*Fresh squeezed Cranberry juice

98% of the time I drink water, fresh squeezed juices (mainly alkaline green juices) & sometimes herbal tea (with no sweetener) ...for those of you who like to know what I drink.

 Electrolyte Vegetable Broth

                Try to buy all organic

 

Potatoes – 2 large with skin-1/2” pieces

Carrots   – 1 cup organic -shredded or sliced

Celery     – 1 cup organic -chopped with leaves

(Can also add 1 cup of the following: beet tops,

    turnip tops, parsley, or a little of everything)

 

Cook vegetables in 1 ½ quarts of water.  Cover

and cook slowly for about ½ hr.  Strain, cool until

just warm and serve.  Can add garlic or onion

powder, or other herbs.  NO SALT please! 

If not used immediately, keep in refrigerator and

warm up before serving.  Do not eat vegetables.

 

If you prefer raw food (not cooked), place the

above ingredients in a high-powered blender

(ex. Vitamix).  Blend well, then strain pulp and

drink the juice.  Do not eat pulp.

Great to drink during your 8 Day Cleanse!

Jeanne's Quick & Easy
Fiber Shake

The night before this is what I put together so it's ready for me to drink in the morning! Tastes great! Even children love it!

Unsweetened Almond Milk -
1 Cup (or 1/2 cup Water & 1/2 cup Almond Milk)
Golden Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds
- 1 Rounded Tablespoon
Raw Honey or 100% Maple Syrup - About ½ teaspoon (or 1-2 Dates)
Cinnamon (proven to help with diabetes) - About a ¼  tspn
Nutmeg - About a ¼ tspn
Vanilla - About a ¼ tspn

All optional:

L-Glutamine powder - 2 grams  (for healthy intestinal tract, etc.)
Dr. Marshall's Aloe Drink -
1 Tbspn (for healthy intestinal tract, etc.)
Coconut Oil, Flax Seed Oil...- About 1 tspn

If you have more time the night before:
*Open a Young Coconut and use the milk instead of almond milk.
*Blend frozen organic strawberries or berries & put in an ice-cube tray.  In the morning, put a cube or two in your drink so you can have a quick berry drink instead of vanilla & cinnamon…

If you have time in the morning:
*Blend frozen organic strawberries or berries in it.
*Add 1 Scoop TherBiotic Complete Probiotic Powder


Fast Almond Milk
Soaked Almonds-1/2-1 cup (soak overnight in filtered water-not tap water)
Water-30 oz
Ice-3 cups

Optional:
Coconut Oil-2T
Flax Seed Oil-4T
Vanilla-1 tsp-1 T (to your taste)
Raw Honey or 100% Maple Syrup-1/4 cup (to your taste)
Banana-1-2 (to your taste)

In blender, add almonds, water & ice. Start on low speed, then blend on high a few minutes. Add other ingredients & blend till smooth.


Jeanne's Quick & Easy
Protein Shake

1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or 1/2 cup Water & 1/2 cup Almond Milk)

3 Tablespoons Protein (whatever you prefer - soaked nuts, hemp, protein powder... )

1 Rounded Tablespoon Golden Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds soaked in the almond milk above - OPTIONAL but recommended

About ½ teaspoon Raw Honey, 100% Maple Syrup or 1-2 Dates.

About a ¼  tspn Cinnamon (proven to help with diabetes)
About a ¼ tspn Nutmeg 
About a ¼ tspn Vanilla

 Cranberry Slushie & Frozen Cranberry Balls

Cranberries are so good for us. It's always better to blend the whole cranberry than just juice it. The cranberry skin & flesh has important properties for the body. Here is a great quick & convenient way to have whole cranberries in our diet daily:

Cranberry Slushie:

Cranberries - 1 bag fresh (not frozen)
Water - 3/4 cup
Ice - 3/4 cup
Lemon - fresh squeezed
Sweet Leaf Whole Leaf Stevia drops (or can use about 2 cups organic whole grapes or 1 cup organic grape juice)


Blend water, ice cubes, and cranberries together. Add more water & ice for desired consistency.
Put in glass and add Stevia drops and lemon to your taste.

 

Frozen Cranberry Balls:

Cranberries - 1 bag fresh (or frozen if can't find fresh ones)
Grapes - 2 cups organic grapes (or 1 cup grape juice if can't find fresh ones)


Puree cranberries & grapes together in a blender or food processor. Add water or grape juice if needed. Spoon small amounts into ice cube trays & freeze. I use an icecube tray that makes small cubes so they come out like little icecube balls. This recipe makes 2 trays of small icecubes.

Add a few frozen cranberry balls to water or any beverage.

Jeanne's Delicious Raw Beet Salad

Excellent source of IRON & great for our livers!

Unlike inorganic sources of iron, the body assimilates iron from the beet root very easily, because iron is found in an organic complex. Beets also contain potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, calcium, sulfur, iodine, vitamins and many trace minerals.

4-6 Beets - peel off outer layer, cut in 4 pieces & pulse it in a blender or food processor so it will be chopped like coleslaw. If no processor, you can use the peeler or a grater to chop it up.
Beet tops have more potassium than any other food, so don't throw them out!!! After the beets are chopped in the processor, I take a few leaves & then pulse a few more times till they are chopped fine enough.

Dressing: Mix together & pour over beets
2 cups water

2 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2-3/4 cup raw honey (or other natural sweetener)

As desired, add
Fresh parsley (or dried)
Fresh basil (or dried)
Oregano
Fresh crushed pepper

Optional:
I like to add fresh horseradish-peel about 1/2-1" fresh horseradish. Then cut it into small cubes. It makes it spicy & yummy!!!

Or
Add 24 whole cloves ( I don't eat the cloves, but you can of course).

You can eat it right away, or put it in a glass jar. Every day it marinates, it tastes more and more delicious.  If you have alot of the dressing left, use it as dressing on your raw salad. It's yummy too!

Jeanne’s Spicy Sicilian Snap:
2 Tomatoes
2 Lemons
2 Red Peppers
Parsley-big handful or more
Kale-1/4 bunch or more
Spinach-1/2 bunch or more
Carrot-enough carrots so that 50% of this drink is carrot juice
Optional: Dash of pure Chipotle pepper powder.
THIS IS UNIQUE & DELICIOUS!!!!
